VIBE voted Lil Wayne the greatest rapper alive in the under 30 category. Personally I would have chosen J. Cole but hey, that's just me... Cole actually made it at number 5 in the list without even an album out yet... (not bad!) he comes right behind Nicki Minaj, Drake and Lupe Fiasco.
